Iranian's ‘I’m Not Alice but Here Is Wonderland’ was nominated for Italian Award
TEHRAN.(Iranart) -Iranian animation ‘I’m Not Alice but Here Is Wonderland’ was nominated for Special Award at the 2020 Religion Today Film Festival in Italy slated for September 23-30.
Directed by Mahdieh-Sadat Ahmadi-Soleimani, the film is about “a girl who is involved in the problems of her time and at the end she surrenders to the birds of her painting.”
According to ifilmtv.com, the animation was previously awarded at the Queen Palm International Film Festival in the US.
Since 1997, Religion Today has been dedicated to promote a culture of peace and dialogue between people.
The festival provides audience with a platform to watch different cultures, ideas, and religious practices and beliefs.
