A new collection of works by contemporary artist Shahnaz Zehtab are on display in Tehran’s Fereshteh Gallery. The Forgotten World will wrap up on 25 December.

Batik Paintings in Fereshteh GalleryTEHRAN –(Iranart)- Fereshteh Gallery in Tehran will hold a show of batik paintings by Mehrasa Gheibi from April 27. To make batik works, selected areas of a piece of cloth are blocked out by brushing or drawing hot wax over them, and the cloth is then dyed.
