TEHRAN.(Iranart) - T he Royal Hall of Espinas Palace Hotel in Tehran will host the first edition of Qoqnoos Music Festival, September 1-5. The five-day festival has been organized by music producer Mohammad Hossein Tutunchian, owner of the Qoqnoos music company.
