Shusaku Takeuchi’s “Package” unwrapped at Fajr festival
TEHRAN.(Iranart) – German director Shusaku Takeuchi staged his play “The Package” during the 36th Fajr International Theater Festival at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall on Sunday.
The play, produced at the German theater company Antagon TheaterAKTion, is a dance-theater performance.
A highly expressive creation, rich in aesthetic moments and situations that seem to come directly from everyday office life, “The Package” mirrors the “uniformed” people in suits, and portrays their lives through dance.
The 36th Fajr International Theater Festival, which opened at several theaters in Tehran on January 18, will be running until January 29.
