IPA Announces Winners of One-Shot “MOVEMENT” Photography Competition

TEHRAN.(Iranart) –This year’s single-image contest looked at the concept of movement through a photographer’s lens in all aspects of life, showing change, development, movement, and growth, in physical, political, social, or artistic environments.

The International Photography Awards (IPA) has just announced the winners of its special themed photography competition, “MOVEMENT”. After reviewing and evaluating all the images, the Jury selected the following submissions for the Top Prizes:

Hossein Farmani, Founder and President of IPA, commented, “The idea that everything moves, changes, and evolves, is such a great concept to explore through photography. It’s been inspiring to see how photographers of all levels of expertise have captured this concept in its many forms—universal, abstract, human, and machine. Even though it seems the whole planet has almost come to a standstill, through these images we see that life goes on and moves forward.  Congratulations to all the talented photographers who been a part of this great event.” The first-place winners in each category receive a cash prize and all winners are awarded an IPA Winner Certificate and Badge.  In order to support and honor the outstanding work of photographers around the world during the COVID-19 crisis, International Photo Awards is also matching ALL cash prizes that are awarded this year with an equal cash donation to the charity of the winning photographer’s choice in their community.
