Funeral Procession Held for Jamshid MashayekhiOfficials, fans and colleagues lined on Saturday to pay their last respects to the veteran Iranian film and theater actor Jamshid Mashayekhi. Culture Minister Seyyed Abbas Salehi and Deputy Culture Minister Seyyed Mohammad Mojtaba Hosseini were among those attending the funeral procession at the Vahdat Hall. Mashayekhi died aged 84. He was one of the top five actors of Iranian cinema" who starred in such acclaimed movies as Kamalolmolk.
