Top Outdoor Theater Shows Announced
Top shows of the environmental, alternative and other outdoor performances of the 35th Fadjr International Theater Festival are announced.
The Selection Board, which is comprised of Azadeh Ganji, Sirous Hemmati, Amirhossein Shafiee and Saman Khalilian, reviewed 51 works submitted to the secretariat of the festival. Ten top street, alternative, environmental and ritual shows are named, irantheater.ir reported.
The shows include;
“Safir (messenger)” theatrical troupe with “Haft Khaan (seven steps), co-written by Maysam Yousefi and Asha Shamlou and directed by Maysam Yousefi in street section
“Paradata” theatrical troupe with “Vending Machine”, co-written by Hamid Paknia and Aida Haqnejad and directed by Mehdi Saffari in alternative section-conditioned
“Tehranam ra doost daram (I love my Tehran)”, written by Ehsan Yousefinasab and directed by Ehsan Yousefi in environmental section
“Kariz” theatrical troupe with “Parvaneh (butterfly), written and directed by Hossein Touranizadeh in environmental section
“Basidon” theatrical troupe with “Har chi sange male paye lange”, written by Aliakbar Kan’anitariq and directed by Maral Izadbakhshi in street section
“Khourtab” theatrical troupe with “Az bas jan nadarad”, written by Mohammad Nazeri and directed by Amir Amini in street section-conditioned to further advice
“Ilia” theatrical troupe with “Nimeh (half)”, written and directed by Mohammad Mozafari in ritual section-conditioned to further studies
“Majva” theatrical troupe with “4:23” before Incident”, written and directed by Seyyed Saeed Mousavi Razi in environmental section
“Hiva” theatrical troupe with “A Place for Rose”, written and directed by Seyyed Soroush Peyambari in street section-conditioned to further advice
“Sepido Siah (Black & White)” theatrical troupe with “Exclusively for Hurting the Feeling”, written and directed by Mehdi Habibi in street section- conditioned
The environmental section troupes must introduce their place of the venue to the secretariat by December 18.
The 35th Fadjr International Theater Festival will be held in Tehran on January 20-31. Saeed Asadi is the secretary.
