Venice Film Festival Will host to Iranian movies
The line-up of the 79th Venice Film Festival (August 31-September 10) has been announced with four Iranian films in attendance.
Iranart:Iranian film “World War III” directed by Houman Seyedi will be screened at the Horizons section of the event, while “Without Her” directed by Arian Vazirdaftari will vie at the Horizons Extra section.
The cast of “World War III” are Mohsen Tanabandeh, Neda Jebreili, Mahsa Hejazi, Navid Nosrati, lotfollah Seyfi and Hatam Mashmooli.
Tanaz Tabatabai, Saber Abar, Shadi Karamroudi are among the cast members of the film.
Meanwhile, another Iranian film “Beyond The Wall” directed by Vahid Jalilvand and “No Bears” by Jafar Panahi will be screened at the Competition section to win the Gold Lion award for the best film.
