The exhibited portraits impose their magnetic presence, playing with figurative registers, sometimes expressionist, imbued with both joy and nostalgia. Flat areas and bright colors serve a great stylistic richness. For Ghanaian artists share a love of technical and pictorial experimentation.
The Opera Gallery adventure began almost 30 years ago, in 1994, when two first exhibition spaces opened simultaneously in Paris and in Singapore with the aim of showing international emerging artists alongside masters of Contemporary and Modern Art. today opra gallery expanded to include now sixteen spaces locations around the world: in New York, Miami, Miami Bal Harbour, Aspen, London, Monaco, Geneva, Dubai, Beirut, Hong Kong, Seoul, Singapore and Madrid.
